I ground this coffee in my burr grinder on medium and brewed it in a Technivorm Moccamaster drip-brew machine, so I think it had an opportunity to show its worth. The flavor and aroma are pleasing compared to other large-scale brands, but I enjoy small-batch locally-roasted coffee a little more. The quality of this product is comparable to whole beans you might buy at Starbucks.

We had this coffee at a restaurant, enjoyed it so much we bought our first bag that same night. We ground and brewed our first pot as soon as the coffee arrived. It was excellent! Smooth and delicious.

I love this coffee! I get the Americano and grind the beans to an espresso grind and it makes the most delicious coffee I have ever drank. I love to start my morning with a hot cup of this Americano.

So I am new to this particular coffee. I am still experimenting with the grind, but find a medium to fine grind is delightful. I LOVE IT!
